Math problem-solving stories: Deep in the heart of Numberia, the sun suddenly vanishes from the sky, plunging the land into darkness. The royal scholars discover that the ancient shadow pyramid, a legendary structure hidden for centuries, has stolen the sun’s power. Inside the pyramid, the powerful mathematical puzzles guard the way to restoring light.Only the smartest challengers can break the pyramid’s secrets. The king calls upon the math explorers, a brave team of kids, to embark on the greatest adventure of their lives.

Chapter 1 : The door of prime numbers

The math explorers stood before the ancient stone entrance of the shadow pyramid .The massive door loomed over them, its surface covered in glowing numbers arranged in a strange pattern . At the center of the door , an inscription flickered into view:

“Only those who understand the strength of numbers may enter . Find the prime numbers among these.”

15,23,34,37,40,41

Max, the team puzzle expert, stepped forward and read aloud .” Prime numbers are numbers that can only be divided by 1 and themselves.”

Joey nodded . “So we need to figure out which of these numbers are prime.” The group gathered, rapidly going over each number:

• 15 is divisible by 3 and 5. Not prime.
• 23 has no divisors other than 1 and 23 . Prime!
• 34 is even , so it is divisible by 2 . Not prime .
• 37 has no divisors other than 1 and 37
• 40 is  also even. Not prime .
• 41 has no divisors other than 1 and 41.

Max pointed to the glowing keypad embedded in the door . ” We need to press the right numbers . If we are wrong, the door might lock us out forever!”

One by one, they pressed 23, 37, and 41. For a moment, nothing happened . Then, with a deep rumble , the store door slowly began to slide open , revealing a dark tunnel beyond .

“Great job, team!” cheered Aria. “Let’s move forward!”

As they entered into the pyramid’s depths, they could already sense the next challenge waiting for them…
